From what age can you enjoy treatments at the Cinq Mondes Spa?

You must be at least 18 years old to receive a treatment at the Cinq Mondes Spa.

How long in advance should I make an appointment at the Cinq Mondes Spa?

If you wish to enjoy treatments and massages at the Cinq Mondes Spa at a specific time, we suggest you make your reservation at least 15 days in advance. However, do not hesitate to contact us anytime, as slots may become available at the last minute.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment at the Cinq Mondes Spa? What is provided?

A bathrobe, towels, a disposable underwear and slippers are provided on arrival at the Cinq Mondes Spa before your treatment. A swim suit or a disposable underwear must be worn for all treatments, including when accessing the hammam or Japanese bath.

Can I benefit from access to the wellness centre if I have treatments at the Cinq Mondes Spa?

Access to the wellness centre (swimming pool, sauna and hammam) is free of charge for those who have a treatment at the Cinq Mondes Spa on the same day and is only valid from Monday to Friday upon reservation and per 45-minute session (except during school holidays and public holidays). We recommend that you take advantage of this service before your treatments in order to prepare your skin and to keep the benefits of your Cinq Mondes experience after the treatments.

Do I have to wear a swim suit during a treatment at the Cinq Mondes Spa?

A swim suit or a disposable underwear must be worn for all treatments, including when accessing the hammam or Japanese bath.

What are the opening hours of the Cinq Mondes Spa?

The Cinq Mondes Spa is open from 10am until 7pm from Monday to Friday, from 10am until 8pm on Saturday and from 9am until 6pm on Sunday. During the week, the treatments end at 6.45pm, on Saturday at 7.45pm and on Sunday at 5.30pm. If you wish to use the wellness centre after your treatments after the closing time of the Cinq Mondes Spa, we invite you to use the lockers in the wellness centre.

Are the prices indicated for the treatments valid for one or two people?

The price indicated is for 1 person in a single cabin. If you wish to enjoy your experience in a double cabin with the person accompanying you, please mention this when making your reservation. Double rooms must be booked in advance and are available at an additional cost of €10 per person.

How long is my Gift Invitation valid?

Our Gift Invitations are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I access the Argan restaurant without staying at the hotel?

Can I enjoy treatments at the Cinq Mondes Spa without staying at the hotel?

It is not necessary to have a room reservation at the hotel to enjoy treatments and massages at the Cinq Mondes Spa.

How to get to the Cinq Mondes Spa?

From the Chaussée de Bruxelles, you will have to go to a barrier. This barrier opens automatically as soon as you approach it. Follow the road until you are in front of the esplanade of the Dolce La Hulpe hotel.

When you see the main entrance to the hotel, turn left into Car Park 1 and go straight across the first driveway of the car park. Then continue straight ahead on the small road with the forest on your left and a large lawn on your right.

When you reach the tennis courts on your left, you will again be facing a barrier. Ring the bell and a member of our team will give you the access code on the intercom. Continue up the path where the Cinq Mondes Spa car park is on your right.

WELLNESS CENTRE

Do I need to bring anything to go to the wellness centre? What is provided?

Towels are available on site. You must bring your own swim suit.

If you do not have one, we sell them at the spa reception and at the hotel reception for €25.

Do I have to wear a swim suit to use the swimming pool, sauna and hammam?

It is mandatory to wear a swim suit in the entire wellness centre.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?

During school holidays, the swimming pool, hammam and sauna are open from 7am until 10pm. From 6pm onwards, it is reserved exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.

Outside school holidays, the pool is open from 7am until 10pm and for the hammam & sauna:

• Monday to Friday  from 8am to 2pm and from 5pm to 9pm
• Saturday & Sunday  from 7am to 10pm

How much does it cost to access the wellness centre if I am not staying at the hotel and do not have a treatment at the Cinq Mondes Spa?

Access to the wellness centre (swimming pool, sauna and hammam) costs €25 per person and is only available from Monday until Friday on reservation for a 1 hour session. Children under 12 years old receive a 50% discount.

Where are the swimming pool and fitness room located?

The swimming pool and fitness room are located in the main building of the Dolce La Hulpe Brussels hotel on level -1, which can be reached via the stairs or the lift near the Cinq Mondes Spa.

What is the temperature of the swimming pool water?

The swimming pool is constantly heated to 28°.

What are the dimensions of the swimming pool?

The pool is 12.5m long by 5m wide and 1.15m deep.

Is the swimming pool supervised?

We expect everyone to take responsibility for not making any unsafe moves.  The swimming pool is not supervised by a lifeguard and children are under the responsibility of their parents or the adult accompanying them.

Why is access to the wellness centre limited to 1 hour?

Access to the wellness centre is limited to 1 hour per person in order to guarantee the comfort and serenity of everyone.

Can I go to the bar and restaurant wearing a bathrobe?

Bathrobes are not permitted in the Badian bar or the Argan restaurant. Casual clothing is required for access.

If I stay in a hotel, can I have a locker in the changing rooms of the wellness centre?

The lockers in the wellness centre are reserved for guests who do not have a room. As a guest of the hotel, you are kindly requested to use the bathrobe and slippers provided in your room and to leave your personal belongings in your room. The hotel declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

Are children allowed in the wellness centre?

Children under 18 years old are allowed in the wellness centre until 6 pm. Children are under the responsibility of their parents or the adult accompanying them. They are not allowed to use the fitness room, the hammam or the sauna.

Inflatable equipment is not allowed in the wellness centre. Each child must have a reservation via our reservation system in the same way as an adult. Young children must wear a bath nappy.

What behaviour is not allowed in the wellness centre?

In order to respect the serenity of the premises, it is not permitted to jump or dive into the pool. Eating and smoking are also forbidden in the wellness centre.
