Day of the Sonian Forest
Sunday 20 October 2024
On Sunday 20 October 2024, the forest will be in the spotlight at the day of the Sonian Forest.
This year, the Sonian Forest will be joined by the surrounding ‘Forêts du Brabant’. The Flemish part of this territory recently obtained the title of National Park. The three Regions, the two provinces of Brabant and numerous stakeholders are committed to protecting and enhancing the nature that unites these sites in the Natura 2000 network.
Take advantage of this day to discover the Sonian Forest and push open the door to the "Forêts du Brabant". Come and meet those who manage and protect the exceptional nature of this inter-regional area, so that you too can contribute to its protection.
