Between meetings, you can reserve a spot at the swimming pool to do a few laps and re-energise yourself without wasting too much time. On another day of the week, end your day with a jog in the forest towards the sublime park of Château de La Hulpe.  You will feel satisfied with the intellectual and sporting efforts you have made, but also with having nourished your soul thanks to the beauty of the nature in which you will have immersed yourself.

  • Private Office in a Hotel Room

    A home feeling atmosphere

    If you are looking for a home feeling atmosphere, this option should please you best.

    Some of our guest rooms have been purposely equipped with 2 working desks instead of the bed to give you ample space to work.  A second ergonomic chair has been added to allow you to welcome a Business guest for an appointment.

    You will also have access to cold drinks available in the minibar, a Nespresso coffee machine, fresh fruit and snacks available in room.

    These guest rooms are located at the ground floor to make it easy for you to go outside whenever you want.    

  • Private Office in a Meeting Room

    For a business atmosphere

    If you prefer to work in a more formal atmosphere, we offer you the option of renting your private office in one of our meeting rooms. They are also equipped with 2 desks, 2 ergonomic chairs to accommodate a visitor and 2 design chairs with a coffee table to allow you to have lunch comfortably at a different place than on your desk.

    You will also benefit from a free access to the Grab & Go located in the conference centre and offering all day a wide choice of healthy drinks and snacks.

    In addition, you will have easy access to the outdoor green areas to get some fresh air and enjoy your lunch in front of the forest when the weather permits.
