Plug & Meet by Dolce
Plug & Meet by Dolce is a hybrid meeting solution ensuring interactivity with remote participants and confidentiality.
Each on-site participant has a dedicated microphone. Once activated, a robot camera is focusing on the speaker. As a Plug & Play solution, no A/V technicians are required to be in the room during the meeting.

Dolce Studios
Our Dolce studios are either static or virtual allows you to choose the studio décor, customise it with your logo and include different multimedia displays, including text, presentation slides, graphics, video elements, audience interaction … It can accommodate up to 5 people.
Depending on your needs and the type of event to be organised, our team will help you to make the best choice between our 2 studios.

Multi-Room Meeting
Your participants are spread out in different meeting rooms at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels to ensure social distancing. A two-way connection provides a live link between the speakers in the main room and the participants to allow interactivity.
Multi Dolce Meeting
This option allows you to gather your participants at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels and to be in interactive connection with your foreign participants gathered in other Dolce Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham.
