Forest Walk & Interactive Quiz
Give your team a rejuvenating break in the heart of nature with an immersive experience that combines well-being, learning and cohesion. Guided by a biodiversity expert, participants will explore the rich green environment surrounding Dolce La Hulpe Brussels while learning about the ecological issues involved. This sensory walk invites participants to observe, listen to and feel nature from a new angle, encouraging a genuine reconnection with the environment.
To add a touch of fun, an interactive quiz will punctuate the experience by testing everyone's knowledge of biodiversity. Ideal for strengthening team bonds, this activity combines discovery, reflection and relaxation in an inspiring setting. It lasts from 1h30 to 3h and is available for groups of 10 participants or more. Give your staff a rejuvenating break where nature and knowledge meet!

Forest bath
Forest bath
A forest bath is more than a simple walk, it is a way to immerse yourself in the forest to breathe better, to recharge your batteries, to be in connection with the trees, to reconnect with
yourself, be attentive to your 5 senses, have fun and create.
It is recognized that the forest shower (or forest bath) makes among other things:
reduce stress hormones, improves blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, acts on the
parasympathetic system (and thus gives a calmer inner state), and promotes creativity and concentration...
Bring shoes for the outside, clothes adapted to the weather and a water bottle
for the weather and a water bottle.
Story walker
An inspiring storytelling walk
Jan Puype is the founder and inspirer of 'Story walker'. Through beautiful walks, he gives his audience not only a relaxing and enjoyable moment, but also inspiration through compelling stories. Jan is a master storyteller who takes you to different worlds and invites you to stand in the world and look at it with wonder. Besides 'human stories', he can tell you about the wonderful world of trees and nature.
Jan's walks take place in the beautiful surroundings of Walloon Brabant and the Sonian Forest and can be put together on an ad hoc basis, depending on the target audience, the duration and the desired effect. The stories are told in French and Dutch.

Let's set off together to explore the mysterious and fantastic world of the forest at nightfall. The forest is transformed into a living canvas where you'll marvel at the creatures revealed in the moonlight: you'll hear the hooting of owls, the song of insects and maybe even the gentle rustle of a bat's wings. You'll be surprised to find this world very soothing, once you've got over your initial apprehensions.
Come and enjoy an unforgettable experience that will awaken your senses, broaden your horizons and help you rediscover the beauty of nature. There's no better way of bonding a team than by sharing powerful, authentic experiences.
